Jumping Potatoes is one ‘hot n spicy’ preparation that doesn’t fail to tantalise the taste buds!


Preparation time: 30 – 35 mins

Ingredients:

250 gms Small baby potatoes (in case unavailable, use regular potatoes, cut into medium pieces)

1 – 1 1/2 tsp chilly powder

1/4 tsp haldi powder

1/2 tsp Chaat masala

Oil for frying

Salt to taste


Method:

Par-boil the potatoes, peel them and keep aside

Deep fry the boiled potatoes

In a pan/kadhai, add the fried potatoes

Add chilly powder, haldi powder, salt and Chaat masala

Toss over a medium flame

After the potatoes are coated evenly, take them off the flame

Transfer to a plate. Serve on toothpicks along with mint chutney.
