A Jhatpat-Fatafat Paneer chatpata Receipe that is loved by all!
A tasty and tangy starter!
Preparation time: 20 – 25 mins
250 gms Paneer
2/3 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Red Chilly powder
1/4 tsp Haldi powder
2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Coriander (finely chopped)
Cut the Paneer into medium-sized cubes (1 inch)
In a pan/kadhai, add oil. Add coarsely crushed garlic and saute on low flame till the raw smell of garlic disappears
Put off the flame
Add chilly powder, haldi powder and salt. Saute well
Add the Paneer cubes and coat it well with the Tadka in the pan
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle Chaat masala
Garnish with finely chopped coriander
Paneer Chatpata is ready to be served!
Note: Since the Paneer is soft, do not overcook it. Overcooking may spoil the appearance of the dish
